Order Confirmation and Shipment
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
When we receive your order we begin processing it for shipment. Orders received after 3PM on Fridays and over the weekend are processed the following business day.
99% of the time we ship orders the same day and this does include holidays.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will reach out to you via e-mail for your preference of cancelling the order, waiting for the item to arrive, or changing the unavailable item to an item in the same price range and in stock.
Some items are subject to substitution during the holidays, items will be substituted at equal or greater value.
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days of your order please contact us.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.

Cancellations & Refunds
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped.
If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. We send your order to the exact address you submit to us.
Our mailing system takes the exact address you provide.
If you give us the incorrect address we will not refund shipping charges.
Any refunded orders due to cancellation or wrong address given are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
