About custom orders

As the top gift box and gift basket company in Texas, Texas Treats would be more than happy to work with you to create a custom order.

Whether you’d like to include personal or company-branded items in your gifts, we can help – we ask that you ship these items to us at least one week prior to your order shipment date and / or delivery date. We can also create custom labels, stickers, and other decorations with your event name, company logo, or other designs. We can also substitute items in any of our boxes or baskets for allergy or religious reasons.

Order shipping and pickup

If you are located near our brick-and-mortar location, you are more than welcome to come pick up your order as well. If you would like to schedule a later ship date, or discuss in-person pickup, please contact us or add your questions to the notes section during checkout.

  • Individual orders ship within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. Orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days of shipping. You will receive an email with all tracking details.
  • Corporate orders will ship / be delivered on the date determined by your event planners. Corporate orders are also eligible for delivery across the state of Texas.

Texas Treats is able to ship our custom gifts across the United States, and will consider international orders. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, if you receive a damaged order or item, please send us an email within 24 hours of receipt.

Return and refund policy

Non-custom and non-perishable orders are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. Opened food items and perishables are not returnable.

Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original form of payment upon our receipt of the order or item(s), and should be received within 5 business days. Refunds do not include shipping costs.

To make sure your gift box is picture perfect, we may substitute chocolates or other items that may melt during shipment – especially in the warmer months. We also reserve the right to substitute an out-of-stock item with an item that is of equal or greater value. We can also substitute items in any of our boxes or baskets for allergy or religious reasons.
